The ultimate La Quinta PGA west vacation home. This private pool home is right on the course and faces west overlooking pristine San Jacinto Mountain range for some of the best sunset views you will ever see. This home in one of the best locations in PGA West, elevated overlooking the 6th tee box and fairway, opposite side of the cart path. Featuring your own, pool, and spa, a short jaunt from Ernie's restaurant, take a cart, bike, or walk!
The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Spa only heating is $40/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $70/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's and spas as high as they like. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter.

1) Please remember that you must display your parking pass on your dash where it's easily visible.
2) PGA West rules, please keep the garage doors shut unless directly moving vehicles in or out.
3) There is a limit of 4 overnight vehicles per house and the HOA is against street parking unless absolutely necessary. Do not park in front of mail boxes or fire hydrants. No trailers, no oversized vans ie Sprinter vans or similar models are not allowed.
If you have more than 3 cars you need to park at least 1 in the garage overnight, up to 2 cars can fit in the garage.
4) The golf course is private property, not common area, the HOA views people that have not checked in at the club house to golf as trespassers.
5) Our permit only allows for the number of guests we market the property for and your reservation only allows for the number of guests on your reservation. You must notify us of any visitors, if you have more people than are on the reservation at the home and security is called you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
6) Noise; Absolutely NO outside music allowed. No inside music that can be heard outside. Please move inside after 10 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors or only talk in quiet voices - City of La Quinta Executive order 9. Noise from inside the home can also not be heard by the neighbors before 1 pm or after 10 pm or it will also be subject to a fine. Between 1 pm and 10 pm, general noise needs to remain at a reasonable level that doesn't disturb the neighbors.
In addition to the stated cancellation policy, any credit/debit card processing fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund if a credit/debit card is used, generally around 3%.
