Just 2 minutes away is the Goat Island Marina and Restaurant with a waterside Tiki Bar. This home is basically midway between I-95 and the Dam on the North side of Lake Marion and is near the Clear-cut Channel that allows safe travel to the South side of the lake. There are a couple of FREE boat ramp launches in the area as well as a ramp at the Goat Island Resort Marina. Pets are allowed with a Pet Fee payment. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas.
