TOP LEVEL:
The open concept design allows for large family gatherings with a vaulted ceiling in the Great Room and access to outside decks that have beautiful views to the east and south. Feel the ocean breeze when using the outside table and deck chairs for snacks and refreshments. For spectacular Corolla sunsets (or sun rises for early birds), the rooftop deck offers panoramic views. Inside, the living area has seating for your family to spread out and enjoy a game or a movie on the flat-screen TV. The galley-style kitchen has granite countertops with room to prepare large meals. The dining area (seats 8), breakfast table (seats 4) and kitchen island (seats 6) so there's room for everyone to be together during meal times. There is a semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) on this level which is shared with a King Jr. Master Suite. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
This floor has three bedrooms that flank the large center hallway. On one side of the floor, a Queen Jr. Master Suite shares a semi-private bath with another bedroom which has 2 Bunk Bed sets. The Queen Master Suite has a master bath with a shower/tub combo and deck access to the front of the house. Under this covered deck, a porch swing, a hammock and other deck chairs are available for guests to enjoy.
GROUND LEVEL:
This level has a hall bath (shower/tub combo) for the bedroom that has 2 Pyramid Bunk sets (twin over double) and for the Lounge area that offers a kitchen with a second refrigerator for poolside snacks and grocery storage. Enjoy the wide screen TV in the Lounge that will ensure this area will be a favorite “hang-out” for family members. The volleyball net is set up and ready for family competitions. Outdoors, the private pool measures 10' x 30' (pool open May to mid-October) with 2 outdoor showers to use after beach-going and several loungers for sun-worshippers. The hot tub is located on the pool deck under the pergola as is another outdoor table.
