Newly renovated, very private cottage - Great for romantic getaways, solo adventures, and small families .. comfortable for 2 but can accommodate 4 (using the sofa-sleeper). Great appliances/laminated & tile floors/washer & dryer in unit/beach towels/toiletries. WiFi, Board Games, Smart TV with Netflix, and a private deck out back with charcoal BBQ. Private Lakeside beach area available only to this neighborhood.
We live in a quiet neighborhood - all residential. Most of the homes are second homes. You can walk to the lake (in 5 minutes ... approx 75 yards), walk to the village (in about 15 minutes) and walk to a great hiking trail (15 min). Lake temperature during the summer ranges from 70-80 degrees. There is a beach area by our community dock which is ideal for summer days lakeside.
