โข Located on Lake Tahoe's beautiful West Shore (Rubicon Bay), 15 miles north of South Lake Tahoe and 13 miles south of Tahoe City.
โข 3-story Lakefront Home: walk down the path to the white sandy beach (in front of the house); the beach will vary in size depending on the lake level of Lake Tahoe. In 2025, the lake level is fairly high. A larger HOA beach is available to our guests next to our beach. No dogs or glass bottles/drinkware are allowed on the beach.

Bathroom #2 (Upstairs Bathroom). Smaller size bathroom with shower. It is on the same floor as rooms #2 & #3.
Bathroom #3. (Located on the same floor as room #4 and the Living Room.) Combination tub/shower.
