Enjoy a relaxing stay in this sweet two-bedroom, single-story cottage. The property is less than a mile to popular Sea Street Beach.
Enter a main living area with living room and kitchen. The living has comfortable seating (including a pull-out sofa), a ceiling fan, decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and a small flat screen TV.
The nicely-equipped kitchen has an electric range, refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso coffeemaker. There is a center island with counter seating. Enjoy meals on the screen porch at the front of the cottage.
The cottage has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom off the living room has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. The second smaller bedroom off the kitchen has a bunk bed (two twins). There is also a bathroom with a stall shower across from the second bedroom.
The main living area is a bright and welcoming space--a wonderful spot for your relaxing Cape Cod stay.
The screen porch with seating and table and chairs at the front of the cottage is a great spot for meals, board games and curling up with a good book--all while keeping the bugs at bay.
A door from the kitchen leads to the side yard with gas grill, outdoor lounge furniture and firepit--enjoy roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories at the end of a day at the beach.
Speaking of the beach--Sea Street Beach is only 0.8 mi from the house--a three-minute drive, 18-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride. The property is convenient to all the best of Dennis and beyond.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
