Positive: I liked the lovely staff at breakfast who made me a custom soup because I was pregnant and couldn't eat the spicy soup, we liked the pool
Negative: I requested a lower floor that was approved but when I arrived they gave me a room on the 7th floor and then put two families with babies next to us that the kids yelled and screamed to 2am in the morning, they moved us to a room on request to the 8th floor that was hot as hell the air con was crap in that room and the shower was broken, then they charged me for using an extra bed even though I paid for a third person (a child) apparently that doesn't include a bed for them, every time I go they find a way to charge for something extra, use to be great but now they're just money hungry and don't care about their customers at all
