Come any time of the year to this ideally located property! Winter time, you are just 15 min to Homewood &NorthStar & 20 min to Squaw Valley. In Summer, the public beach is a short 3 min drive or 15 min walk. The closest grocery store is 4 mins away and Garwoods is just down the street!
The space
Enjoy the charm of beautiful Lake Tahoe North West shore in this cozy cabin. This property is ideally located for any time of the year. Come enjoy our 1,140sq ft little gem in Lake Tahoe. Please note that our property is on the main road.
The First floor has a comfortable living area with a wood burning fireplace, large dining table for 8 and a 50 in. smart TV. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and a full bath with tub/shower combo across the hall. Full size washer and dryer as well.
Onto the second floor - bright and spacious - one room has a full bed with a hideaway crib tucked in the closet *bonus* this room has balcony with filtered lake views through the trees. The second room has 3 twin beds. There is a full sized bathroom on this floor with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The backyard has a deck with dining table and a grill. (Please note that due to winter season starting we do not have the outdoor dining table and outdoor fire pit available). There is also a hammock tied between two trees to relax during the warm months. The one car garage features a ping pong table!
Beautiful family friendly retreat to be enjoyed by all.
*disclaimer Please note that our property is on the main road. The backyard is completely fenced in so families with small children enjoy - but please note lake blvd is a main highway - the garage cannot be used to park cars as it has the ping pong table inside.

Winter access is great to the cabin since it is located on Lake Blvd. Our snow plow contractor comes by at least once a day during heavy snow. The backyard is completely fenced in so families with small children enjoy - but please note lake blvd is a main highway
