Comfortably furnished and decorated with artwork, oak dining set and lots of special touches. This unit is on the ground floor with no stairs which makes it convenient for those with small children or with physical restrictions. We provide a pack-and-play if needed, and the sleeper sofa has a queen memory foam mattress. Laundry is located in the condo and each bedroom has a large closet. Our condo is close to everything! Steps from downtown, and across the street from the beach and Sunset Park! One parking space provided at entrance; second in designated general parking spaces in the condominium lot.

Summary: Our stay was everything we hoped for. Lisa was in constant contact with us. She is a wonderful asset to the property. The condo was just as described. Great shopping is just out the door and around the corner.
