Summary: No happy with this establishment at all. The room didn’t get cleaned daily despite telling the cleaning staff twice. There’s basically no room service. When I called to order a pizza, I was told to hold the line because the lady who answered the phone wasn’t sure if they had delivery. It was 8 pm on a Sunday! She put me on hold and never came back! The worst part was when I had accidentally left my wallet in the car. It disappeared. I inquired from the staff in front lobby. They said they would let me know if it’s found. Two hours later, I received a call that the wallet was found. I asked where and the receptionist pointed to a part of the hotel I had never been to. Needless to say, all the cash in my wallet was missing as well! Will never ever stay a Hilton or any of its affiliates.
