Summary: When we arrived, there were six people in line waiting to check in and only one person at the service desk. I checked over the room when we first arrive after reading several negative reviews. The bathtub had a peachy orange mold that look like they had tried to cover it with white caulking. Pretty sure Tilex would’ve taken care of it. The bath tub had chunks of missing porcelain and some cracked tiles. The wallpaper look like it needed to be replaced. The king size bed had been made with sheets that were much too small. They barely hung over the edge 3 inches so after you got in bed, you had to move clear to the middle to get enough sheet to cover up with. The bed was also made so that you couldn’t pull the covers up to your shoulders. I had to get out of bed and completely pull the comforter and sheet out from under the mattress. The ice machine on the first floor was broken. There was no ice machine on the second floor, where we were staying. Although we did find out there was an ice machine on the third floor the next day. They do serve a hot breakfast with eggs, oatmeal, and French toast and yogurt. They serviced the room every other day, but you will need to go hunt someone down for extra washcloths, towels or coffee in between time. We stayed in a King suite that had a sitting area with a sofa, desk and an extra TV. The mattress was very uncomfortable and so was the sofa.
