Summary: Got a call from the property manager the day of arrival indicating the property we rented was not available and they would put us in a unit that had stairs. We booked a single level unit based on the description as we had 3 people in their 70’s and one that was 86. The agent mentioned that we did not put this information in our comments. ??? We booked the unit based on the description of the property.When we arrived they put us in the original unit we booked which was good until we got to the unit. The couch was bowed and when you sat down you were pushed to the middle of the couch. The barrel chairs had the fake leather was peeling off. There were holes in the of the second bedroom. There were spider webs throughout the unit. Half the glass door on the secondary bathroom was missing. We were planning on staying 2 nights but only stayed 1. We went to the office and they refunded us the second night.We would not stay at this property again.
