The open concept great room includes the living room, kitchen & dining area. Flip on the gas fireplace, sink into the sectional & enjoy a movie together on the 55โ big screen. The kitchen is complete w/ stainless steel appliances & bar seating for 3--great for socializing while cooking. When dinner is ready, the dining table is steps away w/ seating for 6.
If you prefer to dine al fresco, make your way to the back patio where a gas BBQ, round table & outdoor seating for 6 await!
The backyard is fully fenced for the family dog to roam freely while you kick back & relax in the luxurious hot tub after a day on the mountain or at the lake.
The upstairs master bedroom has a warm king bed & sliding glass doors to a balcony. It is outfitted w/ a desk, ergonomic chair & monitor screen for anyone working from home-away-from-home. The ensuite master bathroom has a jetted tub, walk-in shower & 2 separate sink vanities.
The laundry room is attached to the master bathroom.
Downstairs youโll find BD 2 w/ a king bed & sliding glass doors to the back deck. BD 3 is also downstairs w/ a full-over-full bunk bed, deck access & 32โ TV w/ streaming.
BDs 2 & 3 share a full BA w/ a share/tub combo. A 1/2 BA is near the living room.
1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring your own crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings & any damage caused by dog(s).
