This tastefully furnished four bedroom property features a family friendly open floor plan, fully appointed gourmet kitchen and a Level 2 EV Car Charger w/ 240 Volts & 32 Amps. The spacious deck offers a gas grill, picnic table for outdoor dining and a private hot tub.
For those working while on vacation, a dedicated work space is available in the master bedroom.
Unfortunately the fireplace downstairs is currently not operational.
The dining area offers a large stylish table for 8 persons and additional counter seating. What a great place to enjoy a family dinner! A separate coffee bar is a bonus!
One queen bedroom and full bathroom are located on the first floor for ease of use.

Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.
