Positive: Staff the reception and room service
Negative: Deposit of 200 USD when I extend the reservation through website booking.com because it is new reservation I need to pay 200 USD every time and to claim it from my bank from Saudi Arabia it takes 21 business days. It is my mistake and my bank service but the hotel should consider that some customers are from out USA and the banks are different
