Please note, this is not a `pet fee` for their accommodation, this is a cleaning fee that all pets are subject to, with exception of a registered ADA working service animal. This fee is passed on to our cleaning company to keep the units nice for each family that visits us.
To protect the comfort of future guests, this is a non-smoking property. A $500.00 upholstery cleaning fee will be accessed to any guests who smokes in the residence.
Please do not let your pets on the couch, beds, or other furniture. Failure to follow this rule will result in 3x cleaning fees.
Long Term Guests: all guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to paying their own electric and natural gas costs (if any), re-billed monthly.
Guest will enjoy a “starter pack” of paper products, morning coffee supplies, and soap products. Longer stays will require the guests to provide their own additional supplies.
