With stone and wood elements aplenty, this property is equally as stunning inside as it is outside. The chef’s kitchen is divine and equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop with an indoor grill, and a large island with seating. The space effortlessly flows into the dining room, where a dazzling glass dining table beckons you for formal meals. For nights when you wish to dine by the sunset, retreat to the marvelous screened-in sunroom, which features not one, but two tables and a flatscreen TV. Rainy day on the horizon? Not a problem—the living room doubles as a home theatre with a retractable projector screen and tons of soft, oversized seating. There’s also a beautiful stone wall fireplace and a flatscreen TV with a separate sitting area.
Allow the spiral staircase to lead you upstairs to the grand master bedroom, where a queen bed lays across from a private sitting area with a white-wash stone fireplace and flatscreen TV. Vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams grab your attention in the room, but it’s the walkout balcony with sweeping lake views that will really move you. The fourth bedroom, located in the loft, has a separate entrance and plenty of light between the recessed lighting and skylight.
Between the land and the water, you’ll never run out of relaxation or excitement. The deck is generous with lots of upscale, outdoor furniture for laying in the sun, and there is a large hot tub when you’re ready to soak and unwind after a day of fun.
