Summary: The night before check-in, I called the facility for a service request and the desk clerk said bluntly, "I don't see your name...call back later... we're busy". Upon check-in, I discovered that my request to "NOT be on the 1st floor could not be honored--the 3rd floor was blocked off, plus the elevators were out of order. A dog in an adjoining room cried and whimpered all day while its master was away. My 2-day stay was not a pleasant experience!
