Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We came back for our anniversary…we got married here when it was the Hyatt. We had a few problems during our stay, mainly the noise and room lock, BUT the staff were amazing. It isn’t the hotel it was, it needs a good update, but the staff make it worth staying here. We love Saipan and feel sad that so many shops and restaurants have closed down, we hope the economy will pick up. We will definitely come back.

Negative: The noise from music by the pool was too loud and not good for a beach resort. The check in procedure was unfair, we had to wait behind a group who took a long time, while others were served at the other desks. The room is dark and needs more lights. A group of people gathered in the room above and were VERY noisy.

Summary: Despite a few problems we had a great time.
