The Space
Upstairs is an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge room. The living area has reverse cycle air-conditioning and the room opens out onto a balcony which overlooks the complex grassed area with tall trees and native forest beyond.
Downstairs you’ll find the two bedrooms, sleeping up to 5 guests comfortably. The front bedroom has a king bed, the back bedroom has one queen bed plus a single bed. There is a bathroom with bathtub, vanity and seperate shower. The toilet is seperate in a powder-room.
Upstairs there is a small laundry room with washing machine and a 2nd toilet in a powder-room. There is a parking bay for one car out the front of the apartment.
Located right in the heart of town, you are walking distance to all of towns main amenities: Breakfast at the bakery, wander the river walk trails, afternoon beer at The Brewhouse and a delicious pizza at Swings & Roundabouts - now that’s what holidays down south are all about!
