Summary: Great property and a great location. The house is a 6 minute walk to the beach and 9 minutes to the Grocery store and downtown shops and restaurants. We timed this to tell our friends as we were so happy about this locationSpacious back yard that our dog loved. We had several deer in the front yard every morning. We enjoyed watching them as we had morning coffees.Really nice deck in the back yard with a water view. Nice place for us to sit and have an evening cocktail.Quiet Street and neighborhood. We slept with the windows open some nights.
