Positive: Everything was at the house that we needed..the house was clean when we got there and beds were super comfortable. It was a pleasure to prepare a meal with the exceptional cookware and knives. Superb accommodations!

Negative: It was difficult for us to figure out the air conditioning but the instructions helped and we figured it out. I know the game room is brand new and it is very nice. Our boys spent quite a bit of time in there..I would suggest an air conditioning unit or ceiling fan. We ended up buying a box fan.

Summary: We loved it and would definitely come again!
