Sandbridge Studio 5 minute walk to Beach | Apartment in Virginia Beach

Enjoy a stylish quaint studio experience comfortable for 2 guests with beach around the corner and bay water surrounding the property. (we will provide air mattress if you have 3 total). The cozy newly remodeled ground level studio is located just 0.3 mile (5 minute walk) to the beach. Lots of natural light with two bay facing windows; you may just catch a beautiful sunset while relaxing inside the studio or strolling down our quiet street in Sandbridge. While the studio has a private entrance from outside, it is attached to our main house (see details) .
Guests will enter Sandbridge Studio from the east side of the house, just adjacent to the garage. The studio is located across the street from scenic large body of water as you arrive to the home.
Once inside the studio, there are 3 steps with a railing to the main level of the studio. The studio has been completely remodeled with new flooring, kitchenette, tile backsplash and new appliances.
The kitchenette includes a convection/microwave oven, 2 top electric portable burner, 10 cubic foot fridge and small freezer (no ice maker, ice cube trays provided). You will have all the basic kitchen pots/pans and utensils to make simple meals. Keurig coffee maker; please bring your favorite k-cups.
The studio includes a love seat for two, a chair, T.V queen bed, bathroom including a very roomy walk-in tiled shower, portable hanging rack with hangers and compartments to place items if you wish. If you intend to book with 3 people, we are happy to provide and air mattress and bedding.
While you will have your private entrance and will not share your space, our family lives adjacent and on the 2nd /3rd floors of the main house. We have 3 teenagers and our little dog Lucy. You will likely hear the sounds of the busy household during your stay and Lucy barking at anyone coming to our main front door to say hello or make sure we are all safe. You may hear the family coming/going or the garage door opening.
Please note the studio does not have an outside sitting area attached. It is located on a quiet street with canals on both sides. You may enjoy strolling down the canal streets and surrounding area. And, of course, the beach is just around the corner for outside enjoyment.
Since the property is on a canal, you may bring or rent a SUP/Kayak (Sandbridge Adventure Company will deliver), we are happy to share the dock and easy access for some water fun. The dock is located in the back of the property and is a shared space.
Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
We have provided a convenient foot rinse option just prior to heading back into the studio after a day at the beach.
