Heating is only effective when temperatures—day or night—are forecasted to be above 60°F, so we recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before adding heat.

If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.
