The condo is an easy walk to several restaurants as well as a large Raleyโs grocery store and Incline Villageโs 18-hole Championship Golf Course and restaurant. A nearby trail leads straight to the shores of Lake Tahoe, about a 20 - minute walk, while Diamond Peak Ski Resort is an easy 10-minute drive away.
The condoโs main level is accessed through the private one-car garage, equipped with ski, snowboard, and boot storage, or through the covered front porch, and is decked out with gorgeous hardwood floors.
