Positive: Location and views.

Negative: Inconsistencies in promo offerings. E.G agreed harbour cruise not offered as price match. Disregarded without research into prior communication. Stated discount on food purchases 15% mysteriously became 10%. Facilities are ancient and the lifts are decrepit and unsafe. Why have a jacuzzi and not heat it? Great 9th floor area, but plastic chairs are unsafe and should be disposed of.

Summary: Property is lost in the 60's. Dark paint doesn't dress a time warp.
