Summary: Our room was on the third floor facing the street. Our white noise machine could not overcome the street sounds of cars with special mufflers and such. It was noisy. At 2:30am my son was counting how many times one muffler circled the hotel. I had read the comments in hot water so I asked for a room with good hot water. When I showered I cranked up the hot water to the max level and it eventually got hot. People who showered in the morning said it was not better than luke warm. I was surprised by the layout. The sofa bed faced the two queens. I expected a long room instead of this square configuration so it was not as spacious as I expected. With my do not disturb sign up housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9:30 just to make sure. The area has a lot of homeless around the hotel. While the stay was ok I would not stay here again.
