The front of the property faces south making the living/dining room bright and airy whilst the bedrooms are situated to the rear. There is a private front courtyard ensuring privacy from the road above.
The kitchen adjoins the living area and is equipped with Siemens/Bosch large appliances throughout (oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine). Smaller kitchen appliances include microwave, cafetiere, kettle and toaster.
