Hello Sugar Beach Resort Lovers! We have just purchased this Direct Ocean & Beachfront Penthouse Condo in a Spectacular Setting! This condo had a A+ rating for the prior long term owners through one of Maui's largest rental agencies! We are underpricing our condo for our Grand Opening Kick Off! our prices change by the month but we will always be less than the agencies and always willing to make a deal to fill our open dates lowest rates are 129$ a night but the rates fluctuate during the peak sell out seasons so book early! aloha!

Summary: My 2nd time staying in this same penthouse until. Carpet recently replaced with very nice LVP, making an even more immaculate property. Beautiful view for morning coffee on lanai. Great TV for streaming. Comfy bed. Great shower. Owners are easily accessible, super friendly & helpful, and responsive. The beach going chairs and umbrellas are great. Will stay here again.
