Summary: Excellent property, modern, very clean and plenty of very thoughtful touches. Very safe area and beautiful gardens all around. Also very convenient was the parking, given how crowds Kennebunk is.The only issue I had was the stairs, apartment is on the second floor. I have an injured knee and it was painful to go up and down.That being said I would highly recommend this property to people without a mobility issue, wish I had known. Overall I give this property an A.
