Nicely remolded condo located in The Villas complex just just a few minutes' drive to Tahoe City. The Home Owner Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, two saunas with bathrooms, tennis courts and sand volleyball court (open summer only). Close to excellent hiking, public beaches, bike trails and Tahoe City for dining, shopping and entertainment. In the winter it is a short drive to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski resorts.
There is 1 assigned parking spot and other open 1st come 1st serve parking spots.
All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi.
