This beautiful mountain cabin comes furnished and has a kitchen thatโs a chefโs dream, with dishwasher, disposal, double oven gas range, and a variety of great kitchen appliances (air fryer, induction cooktop, nespresso machine, etc), and every tool youโll need. The master bed has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a twin XL over queen bunk bed. The house is older but well maintained. The deck has a new natural gas grill.
The house is located in Meyers, about 15min down the road from South Lake Tahoe, on a very quiet street off of highway 50. Meyers offers the best of South Lake, far from the noise and traffic, but a stoneโs throw to hiking/biking trails, parks, golf course, and a local grocery store (Holiday Market). If youโre coming to escape the crowds, you wonโt find a better house.
Working from home? Cable internet (100mbps down/10mbps up) is included. There are two desks with keyboards/monitors ready to connect to your laptop.
Unfortunately, only outdoor parking (for up to four cars) is available. The house has a small enclosed porch (5ft x 11ft) that will hold multiple mountain bikes/ski gear. Up to $200 of utilities per month (water, gas, electric) are included, and you will be billed for any excess at the end of your departureโs billing cycle. I own and live in the house full time but will be away for the holidays, so take advantage!
