Summary: Stayed for a long weekend with family over a holiday weekend. Location is nice and close to beaches, has a busy road on one side and within a few feet from neighboring houses on the other side. Was able to check-in right at 4pm, so the housekeepers had the full 6hrs to clean and house was very dirty. They definitely need to find new maids. The floors were so dirty, they turned your feet black and just felt gross to walk on barefoot, counters dusty, trash and belongings still on floors and left in rooms and drawers, stairs were not swept or vacuumed. Pool was alot smaller than it looks in the picture, but was heated to requested temperature and was nice and relaxing. Game room area and outside pool area also had trash on the ground that was not cleaned up. House was very warm at check in and about 78 degrees. Each day we were there we changed the thermostats to cool the house and each day they were remotely being turned back up to 75 and higher. We were told we could control it, but it would suddenly change. For the money spent to stay here, I feel we should have the ability to stay cool and sleep comfortably instead of waking up sweating. All in all, it was still a very nice, relaxing time, but definitely needs improvements with the cleanliness of the home.
