Public Easement Access right in front of home, less than a 2 min. walk to beach. Great Ocean Views. WEEKLY ONLY! The house name is Carova Heights, located 3 miles south of the Virginia border in Carova Beach. This house is one lot back from oceanfront and is about 15ft. higher. The house elevation is higher than any other house as far as the eye can see. Ocean views from all decks and great room. A 4x4 vehicle is a must. Located in the wild horse reserve area. This is a modern house with many amenities; jacuzzi (2), hot tub, lovely private pool and comfortable pool furniture, pool cabana bar and refrigerator, rec room with pool table, extra full size refrigerator and chest freezer, satellite TV with premium stations, on demand,roku, amazon netflix, free long distance service anywhere in US, high speed internet with wireless wi-fi available throughout house and outside decks. We have lots of multi-position comfortable beach chairs Sheets and towels are provided from a cleaning service, you may want to bring your own beach towels. Paper goods, dish and laundry detergent, spices, shampoo, lotion, soap and many more items supplied with rental. Cooking utensils and appliances supplied. Two grocery stores located about 20/30 minutes from the house - Food Lion and Harris Teeter. Daily visitations by small herds of wild horses. Your best chance for an eco-luxury vacation! Summary: This was our first stay at any house with our first (recently adopted) pet. We were very nervous to book a pet friendly house, as we have strong allergies (ours is allergen free), and we have very high cleanliness standards. This house met those standards and exceeded the cleanliness of many prior rentals that do not allow pets. Besides having many conveniences for dog owners, you would never know this house has allowed pets. The owners thought of everything you would need and had it fully stocked. The house is as advertised, and very well maintained. There are many newer houses in the area, but this house looks to be in as good condition as many of the more recent constructions. Carova beach is becoming more popular of a location, so the houses in this section are not as secluded as they used to be. If you are seeking a vacation out in this location, this house is one of the nicest around.
