A classic little beach cottage that features ceramic tile & hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with microware, new gas grill (2020), dishwasher, new cabinets, Corian countertops and a washer/dryer. Internet, cable TV and telephone with unlimited long distance, central heat and air conditioning, a screened porch and a large sun deck. PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE VEHICLE ONLY.
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.
All of our homes come with WiFi and cable TV.
