Summary: Very nice piece of property, but I would not rent again. The location was great. The house was set up nice. We had issues with the motion sensing light that shines in the master bedroom. It flashed on and off many, many times during the night and woke us up. We called about it several times and the owner was unable to get it turned off. We also felt that the mattress seemed old and needed replaced. There was a blind that didn’t close on another window in the master. It looked like the cords had been removed. Also, it was quite noisy when you sat out by the pool. There were nice speakers outside but you couldn’t really hear the music because of all the noise.
