South Point is a fabulous ground floor apartment, just a stone's throw from the sea front in Bridlington. With light, spacious rooms, this bright and airy property is perfect for families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday, with all amenities close at hand. Two steps up leads you into this inviting apartment, with a contemporary feel throughout. The large sitting room catches the afternoon sun and looks out onto a private patio. With comfortable sofas and a warming woodburner for those cooler evenings, guests can sit and relax, watching the Smart TV, while toasting their toes by the fire. A second snug sitting room, with an additional TV, allows plenty of space to spread out. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has ample space to cook and eat together, as well as a small conservatory for that mid-morning coffee whilst looking out towards the sea. A handy utility houses the white goods and is ideal for kicking off those boots after a walk along the coastal path. Both bedrooms offer en-suites, ensuring no queues in the morning, and the double bedroom, with sea views, has a wide bay window where the morning sun streams in. To the front of the property is a pebbled area with ample space to sit and admire the view and to the side is a south facing courtyard - a lovely sun trap to relax in.
