4 Bedroom House in Broadkill Beach, Milton

Welcome to Broadkill Beach! This wonderful beach house is located the 4th house from the water and features some water views from the main living space and decks. The house has an inverted floor plan. Enter onto a floor with a small living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. The primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also on this floor.
The second floor has an open living space with a great room combining the living, dining and kitchen! Just off the kitchen is a huge screened in porch perfect for outdoor dinners and crab picking. Directly adjacent to the screened porch is a small deck with a grill.
Broadkill Beach is about 10 minutes from downtown Milton, 15 minutes from Lewes and about 25-30 minutes from Rehoboth. This area is perfect for long beach days.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
This home does not accept pets.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival required to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was not accurate. The house was so much more than was expected. Not only was there every small and large item in the kitchen but the quality was unexpected. The house also had 2 stand up boards and 2 kayaks.Wow!The house was clean and well maintained. The owners obviously take pride in their home and don't mind sharing with guests.Very pleased with everything and will not hesitate to rent again.
