Kaffee-Espresso-Maschine & Filterkaffeevollautomat, Wasserkocher, 2 Toaster und Eierkocher, 3 Mikrowellenherde, 3 Heißluftfritösen, Mixer, Vakuumierer, Waschmaschine & Geschierrspüler, sowie etliches Geschirr und Küchenutesilien vorhanden. Zimmer möbliliert. TV-Gerät, Bettwäsche & HandBadetücher auf Wunsch vorhanden. Zwei relativ große Terassen, im Nord/Osten (Morgen- & Abendsonne) & Süd/Westen (Sonne von ca. 10 bis 18 Uhr).
Öffis vor der Türe (Straßenbahn 25/26), 10 min. Bhf. Floridsdorf (U6), 2 Minuten mit Bim (Straßenbahn), 10 min. Kagran & Kagraner Platz (U1). Ca. 25 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Open spaces shared: bathroom & extra toilet, anteroom & kitchen, as well as terraces. Coffee-espresso machine & fully automatic filter coffee machine, kettle, 2 toasters and egg cookers, 3 microwave ovens, 3 hot air fryers, mitxer, vacuum sealer, washing machine & dishwasher, as well as a number of dishes and kitchen utensils available. Room furnished. TV, bed linen and hand towels available upon request. Two relatively large terraces, in the north/east (morning and evening sun) & south/west (sun from approx. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Public transport in front of the door (tram 25/26), 10 min. Floridsdorf station (U6), 2 minutes with tram, 10 min. Kagran & Kagraner Platz (U1). About 25 minutes to the city center. Universities & Co can be reached quickly and easily. Very good infrastructure. Shops and services in the immediate vicinity.
