This detached single-family house is in the north-eastern Uckermark, between Lychen and Prenzlau, to the north of Templin. In the neighbouring village there is the fairytale castle Boitzenburg.
With around 155m² of living space, up to three adults and two adults can be accommodated. It has been furnished with attention to detail and with a personal touch. The living and dining room provides a sofa bed for two people (180cm wide), a coffee table, satellite TV with a DVD player, two armchairs, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace for cosy hours. The open kitchen space in the room with a cooking island is equipped with an oven, a fridge-freezer, a gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. You can use all the utensils and condiments. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a little library on the gallery. There is a charcoal grill for sociable grill evenings. One of the favorite places in the garden is the little witch house.
