This spacious 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath oceanside Corolla home offers all the amenities for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. As soon as you open the door you will feel your shoulders relax and the beach vibe kick in.
The upper floor includes bright decor and comfortable furniture with a kitchen and dining area, complete with a large table ideal for family meals. The great room offers a puzzle/game table, a book library, and a convenient half bath. Step out to a spacious screened porch with extra dining and seating options. There is also a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath and private deck. The front deck has an ocean view, along with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
The middle floor offers a cheery entry hall with a laundry closet and a restful space used as a den. A large porch is accessed from this area to a hot tub and large covered porch. This floor includes three bedrooms. Two bedrooms (two twins and queen) share a hall bath, and the third bedroom is a queen with an ensuite bath.
The lower level includes a rec room with a refrigerator, Xbox, large screen TV, board games, and couch (Queen sleeper), plus two more bedrooms and a full bath. The full bath is also accessible from the pool. Right outside the sliding door you can jump into the pool. An extra special delight is the outdoor shower. After a day at the beach, which is a short one block walk, this home is relaxing to return to relax.
In addition to your own pool and hot tub, you will have access to community tennis & pickleball courts and pool, ponds where you can feed the turtles, and a nearby bike path.
