Occupying an entire floor, the apartment offers refreshing park views, allowing each room to have a window overlooking the outside. One of its standout features is a spacious communal terrace, where all residents can enjoy shared moments.
With a total of 10 rooms, each equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk, the apartment provides a cozy and functional living environment. Four full bathrooms are available to be shared among all the residents.
The apartment also boasts a fully equipped American kitchen, complete with electrical appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and washing machine. Basic kitchenware is provided, and there is a designated laundry and storage area as well.
Booking in summer (June, July, or August) minimum stay is 1 month. The rest of the year is a minimum stay of 4 months.
