You will be able to enjoy the hot tub and two resort style pools at this unique Southwest Florida destination! Access to a nicely equipped gym, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis, pickle-ball courts, skate rink, shuffleboard, softball and soccer fields. This is a destination you will want to come back for! There's something for the whole family, young and old alike!

In addition to the price you pay on VRBO, a $150 HOA application includes a background check for all guests staying onsite (only one $150 charge for a married couple). There is an additional fee for international guests from outside the USA. Anyone you have visiting you during your stay (children, grandchildren, visiting friends, etc.) are always welcome and do not need any background check.
Within the first few days of your stay, you will need to go to the HOA office to purchase a vehicle transponder ($25 and optional - but a convenient way to enter the neighborhood) and an amenity ID Card ($10 each) to enjoy the pool, gym and community clubhouse.
