The covered balcony off the den and the sundeck off the upstairs master suite feature relaxing ocean views with seagulls and pelicans flying overhead and dolphins swimming by just off the sandy beach right in front of you. The back of the second level offers a covered porch with a view of Sunset Beach, Tubbs Inlet, and spectacular sunsets in the evenings.
The elevator will make loading/unloading quick and easy. The first of two bedrooms on the first level has two double beds, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite half bath. A full bath with a tub/shower combination is convenient to both bedrooms. Also on the first level are a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper level is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite including a jacuzzi tub/shower combination. For your convenience, the upper level has a full sized washer and dryer. Each bedroom, as well as the den, have ceiling fans, TVs and DVD players for your enjoyment. There is also WiFi access throughout the entire unit.
