Welcome to 30 Baird, one of Diamond Gulf Rentals' newest homes. This amazing home features everything you could ask for in a luxury vacation home, located in Dune Allen Beach along the infamous 30A. This beautiful modern boho designed home flows from one room to the next with the main living area located on the first floor, top of the line culinary kitchen, (2) king bedroom suites with private bathrooms and Smart TVs, oversized laundry room, walk out to the covered outdoor entertainment area complete with grill, beverage cooler, Smart TV, dining table and lounge area. The beautifully designed second floor has a bunk room with (2) custom build-in cantilevered twin over twin bunks along with a queen sized cabinet bed and Smart TV, (1) queen bedroom with a private balcony, beverage cooler, ice machine and Smart TV and (1) king suite with private bath with walk-in shower, and Smart TV, you'll also have a full bathroom with tub/shower located at the end of the hallway. The second floor has beautiful views overlooking the private, extra large backyard with a 12x50 swimming pool aligned with lounge chairs, couches, umbrellas and a fire pit. The home also comes with a beautifully designed detached one bedroom carriage house, (1) queen bed with a private bathroom, queen sized sofa bed in the living room and full kitchen. You'll enjoy the quiet neighborhood, one minute walk to our beautiful emerald coast beaches and Stinky's Fish Camp is located around the corner!
Dune Allen Beach is an extraordinarily beautiful beach village located on the quiet western end of 30A, it's an amazing place to experience your family beach vacation, especially if you are an outdoor enthusiast and nature lover, beaches with tropical waters and white powder sand, and the “unique to the world” Coastal Dune Lakes present nature like no other place in the world. Let the Scenic 30A bike trails lead you there, or anywhere from Dune Allen Beach to Inlet Beach.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.
