This suite is located on the third floor with a private balcony overlooking Banks Channel. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy style queen size bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, two-burner cook top and dishwasher. The basic pots and pans are provided. Free WIFI is included. Parking is limited to ONE car per condo and policy is strictly enforced. Daily maid service is offered and all linens and towels are included. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.

Summary: This place isn’t fancy. It’s an old hotel that’s been refurbished. Everything was clean. Nice towels. The bed was comfortable. I had a pretty view from my balcony. The location is convenient. You can walk to a coffee place, an ice cream place, a bar, or Wings by simply crossing the parking lot. In Wrightsville Beach you have to pay to park everywhere, so being able to walk a few places is great. The only negative was, the air conditioning unit is in a closet next to the bed. It’s very loud when it runs. It woke me several times throughout the night. I wouldn’t want to stay a full week here with my family, but for a quick solo/couple trip, it’s clean and convenient.
