This two bedroom/two bath oceanside condo offers a relaxing beach getaway! The primary bedroom has a king size bed and private access to bathroom with walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom offers a queen bed, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
You can enjoy the gorgeous scenery from your private patio and location is just steps to the beach via boardwalk that provides private beach access.
Enjoy all modern efficiencies, keyless entry lock, all stainless steel appliances with water filter on fridge, three large smart tv's, tile floors in entryway, kitchen and dining/living room, and vinyl flooring in bedrooms.
Our beautiful beach with its famous dunes/sea oats is so close you can enjoy the ocean breeze. Cycling and walks to the pier situated down the beach would provide memorable experiences. We have two pools (one heated) and five hot tubs for your pleasure. Courts are also available for tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and bocce ball. A pavilion with grills for fun gatherings is located by the courts. Ocean Hammock Park for nature walks is next door along with Publix, Starbucks and Walgreens further down the street.
For those who appreciates art and history, the St Augustine historic district is just minutes away and will please you with its historic buildings, pedestrian path walkways, shops, museums and art galleries. A variety of fabulous restaurants minutes away from your condo on Anastasia Island and also in the historic district are abundant.
