This is a non smoking rental. Guest and Guest’s invitees agree not to smoke inside the property or on any decks or porches. If this rental property has any Common Areas shared with other units, Guest and Guest’s invitees agree not to smoke in the Common Areas.

This rental includes: Dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and glassware, linens and towels are provided, exterior of home is monitored with ring cameras. Pets are considered with a non refundable pet fee. Take Cape Ave to Pavilion Circle, the most convenient parking is located right in front of the home on the circle.

In the event of cancellation by the Guest, payments will be refunded only when the Property is re-rented at no loss to owner. 15% of such refund shall be deducted by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company as a cancellation fee. In the event the property is not re-booked, the tenant is responsible for the entirety of the lease.

Keys are to be picked up at the Office of Century 21 GIlmartin and Company between the hours of 4:00PM and 11:00PM on the day of check-in and returned to our office no later than 10:00AM on the day of check-out.
