Experience the sounds and smells of the sea from your balcony that overlooks the harbor.
Living Space
There is a large flight of stairs leading to the front door but the 1,034 sf condo is all one level on the inside. Natural light floods the space and new wood-look vinyl flooring is both attractive and practical.
The open concept living area includes comfortable living room seating near the wood burning fireplace and wifi-enabled Smart TV with streaming apps. Guests should bring the logins for their own streaming subscription services for programming. Step through the sliding door to your own spacious balcony with seating to enjoy harbor and ocean views in the distance. Get ready for some beautiful sunsets.
Kitchen and dining.
The immaculate newly renovated kitchen has a long bar with seating, beautiful solid countertops and gleaming stainless steel appliances, and you have the option to step out onto the balcony to use the propane grill. The chef will enjoy a view of the harbor as well. And adjacent dining table in front of a harbor-facing window is perfect for enjoying meals at home or playing games together. When the 'chef' wants a night off, take a walk or short drive to many local eateries to experience local fare.
