This downtown compound has two newly renovated, distinctive historic properties on one lot with parking, hot tub, bbq, huge kitchen, four bikes provided, style furnishings, new mattresses and bedding. Walk or bike to Palafox and downtown. 10 min from beach. High speed wifi, 65" TVs. An incredible space for a discerning group of travelers.

House Rules:
No more than 10 total overnight guests.

There are four bikes with locks for your use. If they are damaged, lost or stolen for any reason a $300 fee each will apply
